The Last Time the Flyers Had a Defenseman Score 15+ Goals – Philly Hockey Now

**Flyers Soar to New Heights with Impressive 5-Game Winning Streak**

The Philadelphia Flyers are on fire, and their 5-game winning streak is sending shockwaves throughout the NHL. Led by their star-studded lineup, the Flyers have been unstoppable, outscoring their opponents by a combined 16 goals. This remarkable run has catapulted them to the top of the Metropolitan Division standings, leaving fans and pundits alike buzzing with excitement.

One of the key factors behind the Flyers’ success has been the incredible play of goaltender Carter Hart. The 25-year-old netminder has been near-unbeatable, posting a 4-0 record with a minuscule 1.50 GAA and a .955 save percentage. His spectacular performances have given the Flyers’ defensemen a newfound sense of confidence, allowing them to take more risks and create scoring opportunities.

The offense, meanwhile, has been firing on all cylinders, with a host of players chipping in with crucial goals. Ivan Provorov has been a revelation on the blue line, scoring 3 goals in the past 5 games, while Sean Couturier has added 5 assists to his tally. The Flyers’ top line, featuring Claude Giroux, Cam Atkinson, and Travis Konecny, has been particularly deadly, combining for 10 goals and 15 assists during the winning streak.

The Flyers’ momentum is building, and fans are eagerly anticipating their next matchup against the New York Rangers. With the team’s confidence soaring and their performance on the rise, it’s anyone’s guess how long this winning streak will last. One thing is certain, however: the Flyers are a force to be reckoned with in the NHL, and they’re not slowing down anytime soon.
