The sun was shining bright at the NovaCare Complex as the Philadelphia Eagles kicked off their 2026 training camp with a high-energy session on July 30. Fans packed the parking lot to catch a glimpse of their favorite players in action, and 24sportnews.us was on hand to bring you the best photos from the day’s festivities.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts, who’s coming off a stellar 2025 season, led the charge, throwing touchdown passes to both DeVonta Smith and AJ Brown in a spirited practice. The Eagles’ new signing, tight end Cole Kmet, also made a strong impression, hauling in a long pass from Hurts and showing off his chemistry with the QB.

The defense, however, was a different story. Despite a few bright spots, including a standout performance from defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, the unit struggled to contain the offense. Linebacker Nakobe Dean, who’s expected to be a key contributor this season, looked a bit rusty in coverage, but showed flashes of his trademark speed and agility on the edge.

As the day drew to a close, head coach Nick Sirianni addressed the media, praising his team’s energy and enthusiasm, while also acknowledging some of the areas that need improvement. “We’ve got a lot of work to do,” Sirianni said, “but I’m proud of the way these guys are approaching camp. We’re going to take it one day at a time and see where it takes us.”
